In Australia, 1 in 5 mothers report struggling with their mental health.
The demands of modern motherhood are leaving you exhausted, stressed, and under-resourced. These pressures impact not only your physical and mental health, but also how you show up for your children, your sense of self, and your security.Β
Motherhood neednβt diminish you.
With the right support, it can be the path to your most resilient, grounded, and joyful self.
My services give mothers and pregnant women practical, evidence-backed solutions to the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood. Each program blends wellbeing wisdom that’s supported mothers for thousands of years with modern sociological study that addresses systemic issues.
Personalised, one-to-one programs for women in pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Designed for safe exercise, nervous system regulation, and confident recovery. Each bespoke sequence supports your body and mind, while helping you build towards your goals.
Part education, part yoga, part circle β Gather is where you stop trying to figure out motherhood alone. Together, we explore the realities of matrescence, practice restorative yoga, and connect in a space thatβs supportive, honest, and baby-friendly.
Sometimes you need to go deeper. Mentoring offers you the space to untangle the overwhelm, make sense of identity shifts, and implement personalised strategies to make your motherhood better. Itβs a place to be truly heard β and to move forward with clarity and confidence.
“Hayleyβs pregnancy yoga and motherhood education program provides a really lovely opportunity to learn, move and connect with others at the same stage of life! It was really helpful to hear from both Hayley and others in the group about their past and present experience, it definitely validated a lot of feelings Iβve throughout pregnancy and in preparing for birth /motherhood. Would highly recommend to any expecting first time mums!”
“I initially chose to join Hayleyβs pregnancy yoga program as a way to connect with other expecting mums in the area, and to unwind and practice yoga throughout the week in a way that I knew would be safe for me and my baby in pregnancy. Not only did Hayleyβs program deliver on the above, but each week contained an education topic centred around birth and postpartum. The topics were so different to any other antenatal class or birth education I had done, and the things we learned were invaluable in helping me prepare for my postpartum. I canβt thank Hayley enough for those 10 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed making new mama friends through the course. I cannot recommend the pregnancy yoga mothers group enough! π”
“An added bonus is I have now made a whole new group of beautiful mum friends and I was able to get to know their struggles during pregnancy and share advice and support. We all regularly keep in touch and I feel like we left more confident and supported for the next chapter of our lives. If you havenβt booked it in yet, what are you doing!”
“The education side of these classes has been so beneficial, as I was going through the public system there is a clear lack of information and support for new mums. I feel like I learned so much about the changes my body was making, the support and care I needed to receive to heal postpartum down to an anatomy level of what my body needed during this time of recovery. Hayley provided us with practical booklets where it was clear she had used evidence based research to include information, tips and journaling prompts. She regularly had recommendations for podcasts, services or products we could access to provide further support in this new journey.”
“Hayley led an evidence based, professional, interactive, warm and friendly class that I benefited from immensely. My partner also benefited as he enjoyed discussing the weekly topics after each class.”
“100% book in that pregnancy yoga class! I know I went back and forth about booking it in and I am so glad I did. This class is so much more than just yoga, you will go through breathing techniques that you can use during labour, yoga positions adapted to different stages of pregnancy and have time to make connections with your growing baby. We even had shoulder massages during some of the positions from Hayley (if you wanted)!”
